The same page lists Shkodra-Rinas departures at 07:30, 11:00, 14:00 and 16:00, and Rinas-Shkodra departures at 11:15, 12:45, 17:30 and 20:10.

That is the best budget answer when your flight lands before the last bus and the destination is central Shkodër. It is not ideal for late flights, delayed baggage, guesthouses outside the centre, families with bags, or onward same-day Theth/Koman plans.

If the shuttle does not match, use a private transfer or taxi. Rome2Rio gives a shuttle cue of roughly 2h20 and $8-13 for TIA-Shkodër, while direct car time can be about 1h30 in light traffic. If You Arrive From Tirana City

From Tirana city, buses and minibuses usually leave from northern/intercity road points rather than from the airport. Visit Shkodër lists Shkodër-Theth departures at 07:30 and 14:00 by minibus. Shkodër To Koman / Valbonë

Visit Shkodër lists Shkodër-Koman 06:30 by minibus and Koman-Fierzë 09:00 by ferry. Many travellers leave extra luggage at a Shkodër guesthouse and take only hiking bags.

Shkodër To Valbonë Via Koman

Treat this as a chain, not a single ride: early Shkodër-Koman vehicle, Koman-Fierzë ferry, then Fierzë-Valbonë road transfer. One missed piece can break the day. Booking through one operator or guesthouse is often worth a small premium because they coordinate the handoff.

Shkodër To Podgorica Or Ulcinj

Shkodër To Lake Villages And Rozafa
